Over a hundred years ago, New Years Eve Dinner at the Mansion House included boiled Kennebec salmon and “anchovey” sauce, boiled Jersey capon, assorted relishes, prime rib, roast ham with champagne sauce, wild turkey, venison, and Red Head duck.
